This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") sets out the rules governing the use of the PantryAI mobile application ("App") operated by Atom Digital Group Ltd (Company Number: SC866714).

This Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions. By using the App, you agree to comply with this Policy.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the App to:

• Photograph and identify food ingredients for personal use
• Scan product barcodes to add items to your pantry
• Manage your personal pantry inventory
• Generate and save recipes, and generate recipe images, for personal, non-commercial use
• Access subscription features according to your plan

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must NOT:

3.1 Misuse of the Service

• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to access the App
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Share, transfer, sell, or sublicense your account or subscription

3.2 Harmful Content

• Upload images containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Upload images that infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• Upload images containing personal data of others without consent
• Attempt to use the AI features for purposes other than the App's intended food-related functions: identifying ingredients, generating recipes, and generating recipe images

3.3 Security Violations

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the App's security

3.4 Commercial Misuse

• Use the App for commercial purposes without our written consent
• Republish, distribute, or sell AI-generated recipes commercially
• Use the App to provide services to third parties

3.5 Legal Violations

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor use of the App for compliance with this Policy
• Investigate suspected violations
• Take appropriate action against violators

4.2 Consequences of Violation

Violation of this Policy may result in:

• Warning notification
• Temporary suspension of access
• Permanent termination of access
• Legal action where appropriate

4.3 No Refunds

If your access is terminated due to violation of this Policy, no refunds will be issued for any subscription payments.
