Is PantryAI free?
Yes. The free plan gives you 10 photo scans and 10 recipe searches a month, with ads, and barcode scanning is always free. Basic and Deluxe add more uses and remove ads; compare plans.
Does it work on Android?
Yes. PantryAI is on iPhone (iOS 15.1 or later) and Android.
Do I need an account?
No. You can use the app without signing up. An optional account backs up and syncs your pantry and recipes.
Where do the recipes come from?
They're written by AI for the food in your pantry, not taken from websites. Each search gives you 3.
Can it handle allergies or diets?
Not yet: there are no diet or allergy filters. You can exclude ingredients from a search, and you must check allergens yourself before cooking.
Is my pantry private?
Your pantry is kept on your phone, with a cloud copy only if you choose to sign in. Read our privacy policy for the details.
